So I like spicy stuff
Friday nights we have pizza night, and we also happen to have a large bottle of jalapenos. It just doesn't get any prettier than this.
I would call this a medium load. For some reason we have found that the sliced jalapenos labeled "Nacho slices" seem to be slightly hotter than the ones marked as sliced jalapenos.

It's so good! I've eaten more at one time. Right after this bite they all came tumbling down, though.

I like spicy (but obviously not as much as you!) but for some reason, the flavor of pickled jalepaneos tastes bad to me...
But not every time! Drives me nuts... I'll see some, and I'll crave them... then take a bite and it's oh so yummy. Next time, I'll take a bite and it makes me want to gag. Not sure why.
However, I've never been disappointed by the jalepaneo chicken at the local chinese buffet. Then again, I'm not actually eating the pepper itself.
And when Barbara makes her homemade salsa, she uses fresh Japs and Habs in it... and I've never had a problem.
And stuffed japs are yummy...
So, I suspect... and could be wrong here... that it is the pickled variety that gets me...
